Max B could be released this summer.

Although Max B (born Charles Wingate) is suppose to serve 75 years behind bars he may be coming home earlier than that.
In a recent phone conversation Max B confirmed that all of his paper work was done and he was just waiting on the prosecutor to respond and a letter from the courts, he explained that this process could take 8- 10 months.
Max B was charged with nine murder conspiracy charges, including kidnapping and armed robbery those charges could make his battle way harder even if he is granted an appeal.

So will we see him this summer or by the end of this year???
